| Dec 1998 | Brick chimney removed from attic and kitchen. |
| July 1999 | House painted - no longer pink!!! |
| Aug 1999 - Jan 2000 | House totally re-wired. |
| Aug - Dec 1999 | Modern fully-fitted kitchen installed and kitchen decorated. |
| Feb 2000 | Living room fireplace varnished and skirting boards repaired. |
| Nov 2000 - Feb 2001 | Attic converted into open plan office, guest room and loads of storage! |
| March 2001 | Downstairs doors stripped, ready to be varnished and re-hung. |
| April 2001 | Vestibule lined and painted. Woodwork varnished and tiles polished. |
| Apr - May 2001 | Spiral staircase installed and downstairs hall fully decorated. |
| Apr - May 2001 | Dining Room lined, painted, carpeted and furnished. |
| June 2001 | Main Bedroom lined, painted, carpeted and furnished. |
| July 2001 | Back garden cleared, rockery finished and shed built. |
| Oct 2001 | Kids' Bedroom lined, painted, carpeted and furnished. |
| Dec 2001 | Living Room lined, coving and ceiling rose put up, painted, carpeted and furnished. Internal renovations finally complete! |
| May - Jul 2002 | Back garden landscaped, deck built and fence put up. |
