I coach gymnastics in Edinburgh and am head coach of Asymmetrix Gymnastics Club. That takes up a lot of my time, but it's really worth it as the kids are great and fantastic to coach. They've won quite a few medals in recent competitions and have taken part in many displays.
When I am not coaching, I like to surf the web and mail all my friends. However, now that I have two rugrats to run around after I don't have as much time to do that as I used to.
I like to surf the ESPC website in the hope that my dream house will one day appear. Everyone who knows us will think I am mad after all the work we put into our current house, but hey - the grass is greener right? ;-)
What else do I like? Well, there's rugby for a start. I used to watch Boroughmuir every weekend, but now I don't have the time, so I have to settle for the odd Domestic and all the International games shown on the telly. Don't get me started on the districts though, or as friends will testify, you'll not get me to stop!
I am possibly the worlds biggest Snoopy fan and anyone who knows me will testify this (especially those that had to ask for Happy Meals for me to complete my collection!). It was with great sadness that Charles M. Schulz passed away, but his legacy will live on through Peanuts and he will never be forgotten. Check out the following link to see why Peanuts and Snoopy are so appealing...http://www.unitedmedia.com/comics/peanuts/. I can totally empathise with Snoopy as it's going to take me ages to do this web site!

When we were in Las Vegas, Malc and I stumbled across an art gallery with many Snoopy pictures in them. The artist is Tom Everheart and he is the only artist that Charles M Schulz commissioned to paint Peanuts. One of the salespeople came over to us as we were looking at them and, thinking she had a sale on her hands started asking which one I liked best etc. After being told the ridiculously high price for the prints, we smiled sweetly and quickly left. I liked them, but could find many more important ways of spending a couple of thousand pounds! If however, anyone out there has money to put to a good cause, I'd gladly take one of these off your hands. But as I don't think that'll ever happen, we found another way of showing them off.....
Update January 2003.....My very good friend Pete very kindly gave me a Tom Everheart picture for my birthday. It's got 7 different pictures on the one print and it's the most wonderful picture. Thanks Pete - you are a star!
Update January 2005....Pete very kindly bought me an Everheart print. It's fantastic! I can't thank him enough.
